We currently deliver nationwide across Egypt. Whether you’re in Cairo, Alexandria, Assiut, or the Red Sea area, we’ve got you covered. We work with trusted local couriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days after confirmation and payment.

  • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (sales or launches), processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.

You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking details when applicable.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your city:

  • Cairo, Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Alexandria, Delta Region: 2–4 business days

  • Upper Egypt, Sinai, Red Sea, and remote areas: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather, or unforeseen logistics issues.

4. Shipping Fees

We apply fixed shipping rates based on your city or governorate. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery address.

5. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over EGP 1000. This promotion applies automatically at checkout once the minimum cart total is met (after discounts and before taxes).

  • Free shipping is available for all eligible locations in Egypt

  • Not valid in combination with some promotions or coupons unless otherwise stated

6. Delivery Attempts and Re-delivery

Our courier partners will attempt to contact you before delivery. If delivery fails due to:

  • Inaccurate address or phone number

  • No response at the time of delivery

  • Refusal to accept the package

Your order may be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Please ensure your phone number is reachable and delivery address is complete and accurate.

7. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp (where applicable) once your order has been shipped. If you need help tracking your order, feel free to contact our support team anytime.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

While rare, if your package is damaged, delayed, or lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.

Photo evidence may be required for damaged items.
