At Miss Fluffy, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. While we hope you love every product you receive, we understand that issues may arise. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be offered.
Due to the nature of personal care and skincare products, most items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we are committed to resolving any valid issues quickly and fairly.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only in the following situations:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong item
Your item was missing from the order
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or replacement.
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse or customer error
Items returned without prior approval
Orders where 48 hours have passed since delivery confirmation
2. Timeframe to Report an Issue
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any of the following:
Damaged items
Missing items
Incorrect products
Leaking or defective packaging
Reports submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return or refund process:

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
Attach clear photos of the product(s), packaging, and any damage
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and guide you through the next steps if eligible.
4. Approved Returns
If your return is approved:
You may be asked to ship the item back using a designated courier
In some cases, we may offer a replacement without the need for a return
Return shipping instructions will be shared via email
Miss Fluffy will cover the return shipping costs only if the error was on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
5. Refunds
If your refund is approved:
It will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, wallet, etc.)
Processing time may take 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
If you paid Cash on Delivery, we will issue your refund via bank transfer or electronic wallet, depending on your preference.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges for different products, variants, or preferences. You may place a new order after your issue is resolved or refunded.
7. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Due to hygiene and health standards, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
Opened skincare or haircare products
Free gifts or samples
Items returned without prior authorization
Orders where issues were not reported within the 48-hour timeframe
8. Damaged Packages on Delivery
If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:
Please refuse to accept it from the courier
Contact us immediately and share photos of the external packaging
We will coordinate a replacement if appropriate
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@miss-fluffy.com with your order number.
